Homemade Pasta
Ingredients
2 heirloom tomatoes
2 cherry tomatoes
8 oz of basil
6 cloves of garlic
8 oz of extra virgin olive oil
1 tb of fennel seed
500 grams of paolo mariani double zero pasta flour
5 whole eggs
2 cups of ricotta cheese
1 parmesan cheese (go to the cheese section and get a nice aged parmesan, 4 year is most common)
1 unsalted butter
6 tb extra virgin olive oil
black peppercorns
salt
basil
