Ingredients

  • 2 cups of orzo

  • 1 bunch of asparagus (thin/pencil size if available)

  • 3 whole lemons

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 can/jar of artichoke hearts (make sure they are packaged in olive/sunflower oil)

  • 1 bunch of fresh dill

  • 1 bunch of fresh mint

  • 1 block/container of feta cheese

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • kosher salt

  • black pepper
