2 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on)
2 links of spanish chorizo (usually found in the charcuterie section)
4-6 ounces of prosciutto (pre-packaged and sliced)
2 spanish onions
1/2 lb of shrimp
1/4 lb of mussels (typically 8-10)
1 red pepper
1 can of diced tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
1 bag of frozen peas
2 lemons
1 1/2 cups of aborio rice
1/2 gallon of chicken stock
1 tsp saffron threads
sweet smoked paprika
